The New Rules of Engagement are in effect: rather than spend a lot of time in responding to a decent request from a small art project, to which we have given permission, we decline to make the necessary connections that would support the project. Conventionally, we give our permission & then the artist, or art student, asks us to inform them of all the necessary paperwork to give validity to that permission, and guide them through how they might effect & discharge the paperwork.
DGM/RF are currently groaning under the weight of similar, good, valuable art projects that can never earn us money; are not at our own initiative; are not part of our own necessary work; and divert us from what we need to do.
Good luck to all who struggle to bring their vision to reality; we are among their numbers.
